Question by dlg: I bought the game “Barbie as the Island Princess”, and after installing, I can’t run it. the screen goes blank
directions said to not install directX that the program offers (xp already has it) – I’ve tried numerous times to reinstall and remove… and even replaced the disk thinking it was defective. When Emailing the maker of the game, Activision, I can’t get a response.
My computer meets all of the system requirements and I think my radeon video card (with 128k memory) should be adequate. After disabling firewall while reinstalling, the blank screen lasted much longer before kicking out the error message. (Now firewall is restored) But still no luck…

what are the system requirements? does your computer meet them? you should be able to look on the back of the box and it should say
